Simpozionul a avut drept obiectiv pregatirea de specialitate a viitorilor economisti si formarea de competente de initiere a unei afaceri prin dezvoltarea abilitatilor antreprenoriale.<\/p>\n<p>Romania Hub a prezentat programele finantate de la bugetul de stat ale Ministerului Energiei, Intreprinderilor Mici si Mijlocii si Mediului de Afaceri si prin intermediul celor doi invitati speciali le-a insuflat elevilor necesitatea dezvoltarii spiritului antreprenorial.<\/p>\n<p>Primul invitat, Traian Ispasiu, director executiv al Asociatiei pentru Antreprenoriat Romania, facilitator al programului Empretec , cu o vasta expeienta in trainguri de dezvoltare a competentelor antreprenoriale a creat un exercitiu interactiv dedicat elevilor simuland un model de business. Elevii prezenti au jucat rolul unor antreprenori, intervenind activ in aceasta simulare de business prin intrebari, raspunsuri si idei ingenioase.<\/p>\n<p>Tiberiu Pintilie, cel de-al doilea invitat, unul dintre membrii echipei Everest Romania care a incercat ascensiunea varfului in 2014,\u00a0le-a dat elevilor un exemplu de curaj, motivatie si atitudine. Motto-ul \u00a0\u201cprin atitudine am invins altitudinea\u201d i-a inspirat si motivat pe elevii prezenti, convingandu-i sa-si urmeze visul si sa depuna eforturi sustinute in atingerea obiectivelor, facand o paralela intre elementele principale ale expeditiei pe Everest si elementele unui business de success.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-2701 gallery-columns-4
