The first day was for travelling and getting to know the team. The Romanian team arrived first, followed by our colleagues from Azerbaijan, Moldavia and Ukraine. We are in Tibilisi now and as much as we have seen the city, we would surely like to visit more. Maybe upon our return.
While waiting for the others we started looking for the last products we needed for our expedition: gas, telephone cards and food.
We have a clear advantage in speaking Russian, which helps a lot in our conversations with the locals.
Our greatest challenge was to find a bus to take us all to the mountains, but we finally made it. We are all together now and heading to Kazbegi!
